What happens to my balance if I stop using the API?
Your credit remains available indefinitely. There is no expiration date or monthly expiration. You can return months later and continue using your existing balance without recharging.
Do I get refunded if I overpay?
Credits are non-refundable. However, if you experience a double charge or a billing error, contact Support to correct it. Your balance will be adjusted to reflect the accurate amount.
